1. The Information Arivale Collects
Information You Provide:
The Arivale Website may collect your personal information when you voluntarily provide such information through the Arivale Website. For example, personal information (such as your name, email address, postal mailing address, telephone number, and payment information) may be collected during registration and payment. We may also collect personal information if you sign up for our mailing list or otherwise contact us, or if you sign up through a third party to receive information from Arivale. We may link the personal information that you provide through the Arivale Website with health and wellness information that you provide to us through the Arivale online coaching platform or through offline assessments.
When you access the Arivale Website, we may send one or more cookies – small text files containing a string of alpha-numeric characters – to your computer. Arivale may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Arivale Website. “Automatically Collected” Information:
When you access the Arivale Website, we may automatically record certain information from your system by using different types of technologies. This “automatically collected” information may include, for example, your Internet Protocol address (“IP Address”), the browser version you are currently using, the type of operating system you are using, the content and pages that you access on the Arivale Website, and the dates and times that you visit the Arivale Website.
2. How Arivale Uses Information
Arivale uses the information that we collect on the Arivale website to operate, maintain, enhance, and provide our features and services, as well as to comply with applicable laws. This may include using your information to communicate with you about our health-related services. Arivale may also use the information that we collect to understand the usage trends and preferences of our Users, to improve the way the Arivale Website works and looks, and to create new features and functionality.
If you contact Arivale via email and you are not a registered customer, we will use your contact information only to respond to your communications unless you provide your consent for additional uses.

Arivale also reserves the right to disclose User information that we believe is appropriate or necessary to take precautions against liability; protect Arivale from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses; to investigate and defend ourselves against third-party claims or allegations; to protect the security or integrity of the Arivale Website; or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Arivale, our Users, or others.
We may share de-identified information with third parties, including for the third party’s marketing purposes. We may disclose “Automatically Collected” and “Cookies” information to affiliated companies or other businesses or persons for our business purposes such as to: provide website hosting, maintenance, and security services; conduct data analysis and create reports; offer certain functionality; and assist Arivale in improving the Arivale Website and creating new features and functionality.

We may partner with third-party service providers that serve advertisements on non-affiliated websites. Some of those advertisements may be interest-based, meaning that they are intended to be relevant to you based on information these service providers collect about your online activities on the Arivale Website and other non-affiliated sites over time. To opt-out of interest-based advertising by companies participating in the Digital Advertising Alliance Self-Regulatory Program, you may visit www.aboutads.info/choices.

Arivale uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information.
If Arivale learns of a security systems breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Arivale may also post a notice on the Arivale Website if a security breach occurs. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing
6. Children’s Privacy
Arivale’s Programs, including the Arivale-Helix Insights Programs, are only available to users who are 18 and over.
Arivale does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under 13 years-of-age. If Arivale learns that it has collected personal information from persons less than 13-years-of-age, Arivale will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 who has provided personal information to Arivale, please contact Arivale at email@example.com to have that child’s information deleted.
7. International Visitors
For Users visiting the Arivale Website from the European Economic Area or other non-U.S. territories, please note that any data you send in an email to the Arivale Website will be transferred outside the European Economic Area or such other non-U.S. territory for use by Arivale and its affiliated companies for any of the purposes described herein. In addition, because Arivale operates globally, we may make information we gather available to worldwide business units and affiliated companies. By providing any data on the Arivale Website, you hereby expressly consent to such transfers of your data to the United States or other countries.

You can request that we deactivate your account. Please note that, if you request that we deactivate your account, we may need to retain certain personal information, such as your name and purchase history, for record-keeping purposes. We also are unable to remove your personal information from the records of any third parties to whom we have already provided such information. If you wish to correct or delete any information maintained by a third party, please contact the third party directly.
