Register your kit at Helix.com, provide a saliva sample, and drop it in the mail. The Arivale Helix kit has everything you need including registration instructions, and a pre-addressed, pre-paid return mailer.
Once your DNA is sequenced, we'll send you an email with a link to view your results on your Arivale Dashboard. Results may take 6-12 weeks.
Once your results are in, schedule a phone consultation with an Arivale Registered Dietitian to incorporate these genetic insights into your diet and exercise plan.
