Arivale has launched an enterprise program with a handful of Fortune 500 companies. This program meets a need for companies that want to invest in scientific wellness – to increase employee productivity and engagement.  We’re looking for California-based Enterprise Account Managers to join our team to help launch and grow enterprise accounts in the Bay Area (Mountain View) and West Los Angeles area.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Work with Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Customer Experience Team, to recruit and drive employee enrollment and engagement at the enterprise client campuses
  • Build strong relationships across the enterprise that create a foundation for the employees enrolled in the Arivale program to optimize their wellness. As the eyes and ears on the ground, this role also ensures the home office is made aware of all opportunities for improving both the enterprise and individual experience
  • Orchestrate enterprise and Arivale resources to execute rolling launches of cohorts brilliantly, leading to high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and build rapport with enterprise senior executives to formulate strong, long-term business relationships built on trust
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the Arivale product and service offering, pricing structure, contract management parameters, policies and procedures
  • Develop and grow existing account relationships by deeply understanding how we can partner best with our clients to drive their success
  • Provide Account Management Plan and regular clear and accurate reporting on sales, customer experience outcomes and activities
  • The primary KPIs for success will be measured by how successfully each enterprise account is managed, to maximize the following metrics:
  • Individual employee recruitment
  • Individual employee engagement and retention

Ideal Candidate:

  • Five to ten years of enterprise account management experience, with personal and direct responsibility for client satisfaction
  • Experience and ability managing numerous client stakeholders
  • Proven experience identifying client challenges, and developing creative solutions in close collaboration with clients
  • Proven experience effectively and persuasively communicating with Fortune 1000 decision makers (typically SVP level)
  • A demonstrable track record of high performance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills. This role is embedded with a Client business and operates in California, outside of Headquarters in Seattle.  This requires very strong distance communication both written and oral
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and practice: you enjoy working as part of a virtual team, rapidly iterating on strategy, and being hands on to execute something great

Detailed Responsibilities: 

Relationship Management

  • Report on program success metrics
  • Manage account needs and objectives of different enterprise constituents (i.e. HR, benefits, corporate marketing, IT and finance)
  • Successfully fulfill contractual obligations and ensure high satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing client support

On-Site Execution

  • Be the face of Arivale and build an iconic brand on the enterprise campus that attracts employees to engage
  • Manage contractual relationship and ensure that all obligations and service commitments are met
  • Ensure successful execution of onboarding and managing the enterprise by working cross-functionally with Arivale and Enterprise stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and work in lock step with Client Experience and Community teams at Headquarters, to implement playbooks, guidelines, programs while also contributing to the updating of those playbooks for future Account Managers
  • Uncover opportunities for integrated communications and engagement initiatives
  • Provide leadership and innovative ideas to facilitate engagement and satisfaction
  • Attend all events (e.g., kick-off, launch, community events, etc)
  • Review and ensure accuracy of all program content and communications

Operational Focuses

  • Maintain timelines for key tasks and milestones and mobilize cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Partner with cross functional teams to organize and execute onsite launch and ongoing events (e.g. seminars, lunch and learn events, and other community events on campus)
  • Partner with Arivale Logistics team to manage on-site distribution and adequate inventory of all Program components, including Welcome kits, collection kits, etc.
  • Coordinate logistics for any samples collected on or off site to appropriate vendors

Client Support

  • Maintain awareness of operational issues/performance, alert Customer to issues and/or problem resolution
  • Proactively work with internal and external teams to quickly find resolutions
  • Ensure relevant parties are aware and updated throughout the process
  • Respond to all enterprise communications within one business day, same day whenever possible
  • Maintain up-to-date records and notes on Enterprise


  • Prepare and organize Quarterly Business Reviews with Company stakeholders and Arivale executives
  • Work with the operations, coaching, and finance teams to produce and deliver quarterly business reports that:
    • Demonstrate enterprise ROI
    • Eloquently articulate client success
    • Review program engagement and objectives
    • Define key areas of future measurements and improvements
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings
  • Weekly updates submitted to CRO and head of Account Management, of all key enterprise success metrics
